Returns & Exchanges

Every EDO bracelet is made with care and intended to be worn for a lifetime. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at [email] with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges Want a different size or style? We're happy to exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Reach out to us before sending anything back and we'll sort it out together.

Custom & Personalised Orders Custom and personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your bracelet arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Shipping Costs Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Processing Time All orders are handcrafted and prepared with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Custom and personalised orders may require additional time — we'll let you know at checkout or by email.

Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Hungary & Central Europe: 2–4 business days

• Rest of Europe: 4–7 business days

• United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over €500.

Tracking All orders are sent with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order price. We have no control over customs processing times.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at [email] with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and do everything we can to resolve it.
