Returns & Exchanges

Every EDO bracelet is made with care and intended to be worn for a lifetime. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at [email] with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? We're happy to exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Reach out to us before sending anything back and we'll sort it out together.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom and personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your bracelet arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
