Processing Time 

All orders are handcrafted and prepared with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Custom and personalised orders may require additional time — we'll let you know at checkout or by email.

Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Hungary & Central Europe: 2–4 business days

• Rest of Europe: 4–7 business days

• United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over 500 EUR.

Tracking 

All orders are sent with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties 

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order price. We have no control over customs processing times.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at contact@ediyal.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and do everything we can to resolve it.
